Sharing Notes

You can send any note as a PDF or an image file via e-mail.

* To allow your document to be viewed or edited you can also use the MetaMoJi Note format (.atdoc).

Using a Note in Other Applications (Send to Application)

You can export a note to other apps such as Mail, Evernote , Dropbox, Box.com or OneNote in your desired format .

You are asked to choose a file format ( PDF, JPEG, or MetaMoJi Note) and one of available applications on your device.

Sending to InOutBox

You are asked to choose a file format (PDF, JPEG, or MetaMoJi Note) to send the file to InOutBox Manager which you installed on your PC.

* To use this function, you have to install "InOutBox Manager" on your PC (Windows 7).

Saving a Note in Photo Album

You can store any note in the Photo Album. You are asked to choose "Current Page" or "All Pages".
"Current Page" allows you to store the current page of the note as a single image file. When you select "All Pages", multiple image files will be saved in the album.

Saving a Note (Save File)

You can store any note as an image file or the MetaMoJi Note format (.atdoc) in your local folder.

Sharing a Note via SNS

You can post an image from a note to Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr.

* iOS6.0 or later is required to post a message to Facebook.

Previwing and Printing a Note

You can print the currently opened note.

A note can be previewed before printing or sending.

* The preview is created as a PDF file.

By selecting Microsoft Print to PDF as a printer driver on the printer settings, you can save your note as a PDF format file.

* You can specify the cover page, header, and footer in > [Note Settings].

Reading a File

You can import a file into the app from > [Read File] on the Notes List screen.
A MetaMoJi Note format file (.atdoc) or a PDF file can be imported.
